再造回肠储粪袋对全结肠切除术后排便的影响

为观察人工再造回肠储粪袋对结肠慢传输型便秘全结肠切除术后排便的影响，将48例结肠慢传输型便秘患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组24例采用全结肠切除后回肠末端造J型储粪袋后与直肠吻合治疗，对照组24例不造人工储粪袋。观察两组患者术后的排便情况。结果显示，试验组较对照组大便不成形例数、水样便例数、排便次数明显减少（P〈0．05）。结果表明，人工储粪袋对结肠慢传输型便秘患者全结肠切除术后排便影响很大，可以明显减少长期腹泻情况，提高患者的生活质量。

Influence of Artificial Ileum Reservoir for Stool on the Postoperative Defecation of Patients Underwent Pancolectomy

In order to observe the influence of artificial ileum reservoir for stool on postoperative defecation of patients underwent pancolectomy due to chronic transit constipation,in this study the 48 patients with this disease were randomly divided into trial group and control one, 24 cases for eachtrial group was recon- structed with a artificial J-type ileum reservoir for stool in ileum end-rectum anastomosis after pancolecto- my, while control one without the reconstructiong then the defecation status of both groups was observed. Results showed that in trial group the time-number of stool not formed and watery, as well defecation were significantly less compared with control one（ P 〈0.05）. These results show that artificial reservoir for stool can very largely influenced on postoperative defecation of the patients with colonic chronic transit constipation after pancolectomy, significantly reduce their long-term diarrhea symptoms, so that enhance the quality of patient＇s life.
