牙周龈下螺旋体预示早期糖尿病的临床研究

目的 探讨牙周状况、龈下螺旋体和糖尿病早期诊断之间的关系。方法 将患有慢性牙周炎患者,根据空腹血糖的高低分为两组,空腹血糖（FBG）〉5.6mmol·L^-1为实验组（20例）,FBG〈5.6mmol·L^-1为对照组（20例）,检查口腔牙周情况：菌斑指数（PLI）、出血指数（BI）、牙周探诊深度（PD）,并计数指数牙（16、21、24、36、41、44）的临床附着丧失（CAL）和龈下螺旋体比例。结果 实验组85.0%的CAL〉0,对照组为55.0%（P〈0.05）;实验组易患牙周炎指数牙的PD、CAL和龈下螺旋体比例均大于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 FBG〉5.6mmol·L^-1牙周破坏倾向于比FBG〈5.6mmol·L^-1组更重;龈下螺旋体对糖尿病的早期诊断或许可以充当一个粗略的预示指标。

Clinical research on early diagnosis between subgingival helicobactor and diabetes

Objective To explore the relationship between subgingival helicobactor and early diagnosis of diabetes. Methods The patients with periodontitis into were divided two groups according to the level of blood glucose,20 patients with fasting blood glucose （FBG） 〉 5.6 mmol · L ^- 1 ,while 20 patients with FBG 〈 5.6 mmol · L^- 1 were used as the control group. PLI, BI,PD,index teeth CAL and percentages of subgingival elicobactor were recorded. Results A total of 83.7% patients in FBG 〉5.6 mmol · L^-1 had CAL 〉0,while 55.0% the in control （ P 〈 0. 05）. The PDs, CALs and percentages of subgingival helicobactor in FBG 〉 5.6 mmol· L^- 1 were larger than those in the control, and on- ly some lower teeth were significantly different respectively. Conclusion The FPG 〉 5.6 mmol · L^-1 is inclined to suffer a more serous perio- dontal destruction than that of the control. Subgingival helicobactor may be a predictor for early diagnosising of diabetes.
