大承气汤用于术前肠道准备的临床效果观察

为观察应用中药大承气汤口服用于腹部术前肠道准备的临床效果，将48例拟行肠道手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各24例，观察组口服大承气汤加减，对照组常规清洁灌肠。观察两组泻下时间、泻下次数、肠道清洁度及术中肠胀气等情况。结果显示，在泻下时间、泻下次数、肠道清洁度及术中肠胀气等情况观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药大承气汤口服用于腹部外科肠道术前准备效果明显优于传统清洁灌肠法，肠道准备彻底，副作用少，患者易于接受。

Clinical Efficacy of Da Chengqi,Tang Used in Preoperative Intestinal Preparation of Abdominal Surgery

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Da Chengqi Tang（a Chinese hurb formula）. In the study the 48 patients to be subjected to abdominal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control one, 24 cases for each, the former was given with Da Chengqi Tang and the later with routine clean enema, respectively; then, the lapactic time, the lapactic time-number, intestinal cleanliness and intraoperative status on intestine distended with gas,etc in both groups were observed.As results,abore each items of observation group were all significantly superior to control one（ P〈0.05）.It is concluded that before abdominal surgery the efficacy of oral administration of Da Chengqi Tang used in intestinal preparation is superior to routine clean enema, and produces throught outcome of intestinal preparation with less sideeffeet,thus patients are willing to received it.
