会阴重建及肛门松解术治疗直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘的疗效观察

为探讨会阴重建及肛门松解术治疗直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘的疗效，回顾2008年6月至2010年8月行会阴重建及肛门松解术治疗的103例直肠前突患者资料，患者术前便秘症状严重，均符合罗马Ⅲ标准，多数依赖服用泻药排便。结果显示，经治疗，痊愈82例，好转17例，无效4例，总有效率为96．1％（99／103）。结果表明，行会阴重建及肛门松解术治疗直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘安全可行，效果肯定。

Perineum Reconstruction plus Lysis for Anus in the Treatment of the Outlet Obstruction Constipation Induced by Rectocele.Observation on Curative Effect

In order to explore the curative effect of perineum reconstruction plus lysis for anus in the treatment of the outlet obstructive constipation（OOC） induced by rectocele from June 2008 to August 2010,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 103 patients who had received above combination surgery for their rectocele,and had severe constipation symptom which was in accordance with Roma Ⅲ standard before surgery, most of whom were dependent on administering copragogue for defecation.As results, after above surgery 82 cases were cured, 17 improved, 4 of non-response, thus total effective rate was 96.1 % （99/ 103） and Key .These results show that this combination surgery for OOC induced by rectocele is safe and feasible, has determined effect.
