双PPH结合挂线术治疗重度痔及防止术后肛门狭窄的研究

为探讨双PPH治疗重度混合痔时应用挂线术防止肛门狭窄的疗效，将300例重度混合痔患者分为3组。治疗组100例重度环状混合痔患者行双PPH治疗时应用挂线术防止肛门狭窄，对照A组（双PPH加纵切横缝吻合口松解术）、对照B组（单纯双PPH治疗）均未应用挂线术，然后3组进行疗效比较。结果显示，治疗组术后肛门狭窄发生率较对照组明显下降（OVS54％、75％，P〈0．01）。结果表明，双PPH同时应用挂线术防止术后肛门狭窄疗效显著，避免了肛门狭窄的发生。

Double Anastomosis Associated with Thread-drawing During PPH in the Prevention of Postoperative Anal Stenosis

This study was to explore the therapeutic effect of double anastomosis associated with thread- drawing during PPH for preventing stenosis of anus after surgery of severe mixed hemorrhoids. The 300 patients with this hemorrhoids were divided into three groups：treatment group, control group A and control group B,100 cases for each one;treatment group received above combined surgery,while control group A and B were all not associated with thread-drawing during PPH;then the therapeutic effect of the three groups were compared. As results, the incidence of anal stenosis in treatment group was significantly reduced than control group A and B（0 vs 54%,75%, P〈0. 01）. Therefore,double anastomosis associated thread-drawing during PPH can significantly prevent stenosis of anus.
