棉棒持续扩肛法预防环状混合痔术后肛门狭窄60例

为观察自制棉棒持续扩肛法预防环状t昆合痔术后肛门狭窄的疗效，将120例环状混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例。治疗组采用棉棒持续扩肛法治疗，对照组采用单指扩肛法治疗，通过观察创口出血、愈合时间、肛门狭窄发生率及复发率等指标对两种治疗方法的疗效进行比较分析。结果显示，治疗组肛门狭窄的发生率低于对照组（5％VS25％）（P〈0．05），治疗组创口出血及愈合时间分别少于和短于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组患者出院后随访3个月，均无复发。结果表明，自制棉棒持续扩肛法是预防环状混合痔术后肛门狭窄的一种有效方法。

Continuous Anal Dilation with Swabs in Preventing Postoperative Anal Stenosis in Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid. Clinical Observation of 60 Cases

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of continuous anal dilation with swabs in preven- ting postoperative anal stenosis in circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. The 120 cases of this hemorrhoids were randomized into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each group. Treatment group re- ceived continuous anal dilation with swabs, while control group received digital anal dilation. Wound bleed- ing,wound healing time,the incidence and recurrence of anal stenosis were observed, then curative effects were compared and analyzed between both groups. The results showed that treatment group had a lower in- cidence of anal stenosis than the controls（5% vs 25%）（ P〈0.05）. Wound bleeding and healing time were less and shorter than those in the controls（ P〈0.01）. All patients were followed up for 3 months,and there was no recurrence. It is concluded that continuous anal dilation with swabs is an effective method for preventing postoperative anal stenosis in circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
