穴位埋线加养荣润肠舒合剂口服治疗慢传输型便秘

为观察穴位埋线、养荣润肠舒合剂口服和穴位埋线配合养荣润肠舒合剂口服治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效，将42例慢传输型便秘患者随机分为3组，其中A组12例采用穴位埋线治疗，B组11例采用养荣润肠舒合剂口服治疗，C组19例采用穴位埋线配合养荣润肠舒合剂口服治疗，分别观察3组的临床疗效，并进行疗效对比。结果显示，3种治疗方法治疗慢传输型便秘均有明显的疗效，其中穴位埋线组治疗慢传输型便秘有效率为75．0％，养荣润肠舒合剂口服组有效率为72．7％，穴位埋线配合养荣润肠舒合剂口服组总有效率为84．2％。结果表明，穴位埋线和养荣润肠舒合剂口服对慢传输型便秘的治疗均有明显的疗效，而将两种方法配合应用能更加显著地提高临床疗效。

Catgut Implantation at Point plus Oral Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation

In order to observe the clinical effect of catgut implantation at point plus oral Chinese herbs through comparing its difference with alone catgut implantation at point or oral Chinese herbs, author＇s hospital randomly divided 42 cases of this disease into 3 groups：A,B,C; group A（ n =12） received alone catgut implantation, group B （ n = 11） alone oral Chinese herbs,group C（ n = 19） the combination of both; then,the therapeutic effects of the 3 groups were observed and compared. As results, above three therapy had significant effect at all,which showed 75.0K in group A,72.7% in group B,and 84. 2% in group C. Results show that catgut implantation at point plus oral Chinese herbs can more significantly enhance the effect.
