喷他佐辛用于PPH超前镇痛的效果

为探讨喷他佐辛用于吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）超前镇痛的效果，将行PPH治疗的100例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例，两组患者均采用腰俞穴麻醉，治疗组术前10min予以喷他佐辛30mg肌肉注射，对照组术前10min予以生理盐水2ml肌肉注射，对比两组患者术中直肠牵拉反应情况、患者术后不同时点VAS评分及不良反应。结果显示，治疗组术中直肠牵拉反应情况明显优于对照组，P〈0.01；治疗组术后2h、4h、8hVAS评分均低于对照组，P〈0.05或P〈0.01；两组不良反应（如头晕、恶心、呕吐等）发生率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结果表明，喷他佐辛用于PPH超前镇痛，能安全有效地抑制术中直肠牵拉反应，术后镇痛效果确切、不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Preemptive Analgesia Efficacy of Pentazocine Used before PPH

This study was to investigate the preemptive analgesia efficacy of Pentazocine used before PPH. The 100 cases with mixed hemorrhoids to be subjected to PPH were randomly divided into treatment group and control one, 50 cases for each;both groups were all received anesthesia at Yaoshu point, 10 min before operation treatment group was intramuscularly injected with 30mg of Pentazocine, while control group with placebo-normal saline 2ml; then, the intraoperative rectum-pulled response, the postoperative VAS score and adverse reaction at different time-point were compared between both groups. As results, there was no statistical difference between both group＇s in adverse reactions （e.g, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, etc）（ P〈 0.05）, but in intraoperative rectum-pulled response treatment group was significantly superior to control group（ P 〈0.01）, and in VAS score postoperative at 2,4,8h treatment group was all lower than control group（ P 〈0.05,or P 〈0.01）.Results show that Pentazocine used before PPH can effectively and safely suppress rectum-pulled reaction, has certain analgesia efficacy, less adverse reaction, thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
