胃癌患者人格特征、社会支持与希望水平的对照研究

目的探讨胃癌患者的人格特征、社会支持与希望水平的特点。方法采用大五人格量表、社会支持量表及Heah希望量表对120例胃癌患者的人格特征、社会支持及希望水平进行调查，并以120名正常人做对照。结果胃癌患者严谨性、宜人性评分显著性高于对照组（P〈0．05），而外倾性、开放性维度得分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。胃癌患者的社会支持总分及社会支持利用度，显著性低于对照组（P〈0．05）。胃癌患者希望水平总分、对现实和未来的积极态度（T）、采取积极的行动（P）、与他人保持亲密的关系（I）显著性高于对照组。结论胃癌患者做事谨慎、性格内向；社会支持利用度低，心理健康水平较差。

Study of personality characteristics,social support and hope level in patients with gastric cancer

Objective To explore the characteristics of personality, social support and hope level in gastric cancer patients. Methods 62gastric cancer patterns and 62 healthy persons were examined by the big five personality inventory for their personality,and they also completed Social Support Scale and Herth Hope Scale. Results Patients＇Conscientiousness and Agreeableness score was significant higher than that in healthy persons （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with healthy person, social support and utilization of social support in gastric cancer patients were significantly difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of hope in gastric cancer patients was high,and there are significantly differences in the pos- itive attitude of the present and future （T）,to take positive action （P） and to maintain close relations with others （I）. Conclusion The gas- tric cancer patients are conscientious and agreeable in personality and are lower utilization of social support and level of mental health.
