| 摘 要： | 动物实验结果表明,防治灵滴眼液对电光性眼炎有治疗作用和显著的预防作用.防治灵与地卡因相比较,明显缩短眼部疼痛、充血、水肿时间;并缩短角膜上皮脱落、修复时间.预防实验结果表明,一级预防组与对照组各39眼,在同等实验条件下自身对照,预防组无发病,而对照组全部发病;二级预防组也显著降低发病率,且病情经过轻.

| Abstract: | The result of experiment showed that Fang Zhi Ling eyedrop was effective in treating and preventing electric ophthalmia. Fang Zhi Ling was effective in relieving pain, synathresis and edema and the durations of corneal epithelial injuries and recoveries were shortened, Dicaine was as a control remedy. Both the preventive group I (right eyes)and the control group (left eyes ) were thirty-nine eyes. The preventive result showed that any of the preventive group didn't suffer from illness and all of the control group did. The attack rate of electric ophthalmia in the preventive group II reached significant lower than that of control. |
