甲醛对小鼠免疫系统的影响

摘    要:目的 通过吸入染毒来观察甲醛对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法 测定小鼠免疫器官重量、抗体形成细胞、T 淋巴细胞数、迟发性超敏反应、巨噬细胞功能。结果 甲醛在 5mg/m3 和 1.5mg/m3 时对小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫以及巨噬细胞吞噬功能均有明显抑制作用。结论 提示甲醛是一种免疫抑制剂。

Abstract:Objective The immnue system effect was observed in mice following inhalation exposure to formaldhyde(HCHO).Methods We weighed immnue organs, counted T-lymphocyte in peripheral blood, and did antibody forming cell assay, tested delayed type of hypersensitivity and macrophage function.Results Cell-mediated immunologic function, humoral immunologic function and macrophage function were all suppressed in mice following their exposure to 5.0mg/m 3 and 1.5 mg/m 3 HCHO.Conclusion The results indicate that HCHO is an immunosuppressor.
