| 摘 要： | 目的分析药源性肾损害的特点和规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法通过CNKI数据库检索1999—2009年报道的药源性肾损害个案,对文献资料进行整理、汇总及分析。结果导致药源性肾损害的药品涉及23大类121种,分布较广,居前3位的是抗微生物药物（43.63%）中药（14.71%）和泌尿系统用药（9.56%）。结论临床应严格掌握用药指征,密切观察用药后反应,以减少药源性肾损害的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics and regular pattern of drug-induced renal damage to provide reference for clinical drug use.Methods The case reports of drug-induced renal damage were searched in CNKI during the period 1999 —2009.The review and analysis were performed on the literatures.Results The drugs inducing renal damage involved 121 kinds of drugs of 23 major types,which distributed more widely.Among them the top three positions were antimicrobials drugs（43.63%）,the traditional Chinese medicines（14.71%）and drugs used in the urinary system（9.56%）.Conclusion The medicinal indications must be under strict control.We should closely observe the response to drugs so as to reduce drug-induced renal damage. |
