| 摘 要： | 本文对260例强直—阵挛性发作的患者分别采用卡马西平、苯妥英钠、丙戊酸钠治疗。结果三组的显效率分别为43.2%、20.9%、18.6%。总有效率分别为90.1%、83.7%、68%。卡马西平组与苯妥英钠组和丙戊酸钠组比较有统计学意义。另外,苯妥英钠的毒副反应大于卡马西平和丙戊酸钠。

| Abstract: | 260 patients with tonoclonic seizure were divided into three of 260 cases groups which were treated with carbamazepine,phenytoinum natricm and Natii vallproas,with 43.2 . 9% and 186% of significant effective rate and 901%,83.7%and 68.0% of total effective rate respectivelyThe result showed that carbamazepine group,compared with pheny tionum natrisum and Natrii valproas,had statistical significanceIn additionphenytoinum natrieum has more toxic side effect than earbamazepine and Natrii valproas do. |
