| 摘 要： | 目的观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和证的临床疗效。方法将90例肝胃不和证患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例予柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,水煎服,日1剂。对照组30例予气滞胃痛冲剂,每次1袋,每日3次。2组均30日为1个疗程,判定疗效。结果治疗组60例,痊愈30例,显效19例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率98.3%;对照组30例,痊愈11例,显效11例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率90.0%。2组总有效率比较经χ2检验有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加减对肝胃不和证疗效肯定,优于气滞胃痛冲剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of appliance of Chaihu shugansan on patients with incorordination between the liver and stomach.Methods 90 patients with incorordination between the liver and the stomach were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the treatment group were given Chaihushugansan Decoction once daily.60 patients in the control group were given Qizhiweitong instant herbal medicine,one bag each time,three time a day.Thirty days was a treatment course in both groups.The clinical effect was observed after a course treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.3% and 90.0% in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chaihu shugansan has a definite effect on patients with incorordination between the liver and the stomach. |
