子宫颈癌患者手术治疗前后血清TNF-α、IFN-γ测定的临床意义

目的：探讨了子宫颈癌患者手术治疗前后血清TNF-α、IFN-γ测定及临床意义。方法：应用ELISA对31例子宫颈癌患者进行了血清TNF-α、IFN-γ测定，并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果：手术前子宫颈癌患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01），经手术治疗后3个月则与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：检测子宫颈癌患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平的变化对观察病情和宫颈癌术后判断有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Post-Operative Changes of Serum TNT-α and IFN-γ Levels in Patients with Carcinoma of Uterine Cervix

Objoctive To study the clinical significance of post - operative changes of serum TNF - α and IFN - γ levels in patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix. Mothods Serum TNF - α and IFN -γ levels were determined with ELISA both before and after operation in 31 patients with careimoma of uterine cervix and 35 controls. Results Before operation, serum TNF - α and IFN - γ levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Three months after operation, the differences were not significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Changes of serum TNF - α and IFN - γ contents after operation in patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix might be of prognostic importance.
