53例肺癌患者血液流变学测定分析

目的 :了解血液流变学对肺癌诊断、治疗的价值。方法 :分别对 5 3例肺癌患者和 5 1例健康对照者 12项血液流变学指标进行检测。对生存期在 18个月以上的 19例无转移肺癌患者治疗前、后和确诊时已有转移并于 18个月以内死亡的 2 0例患者 ,确诊时及死亡前血液流变学变化进行分析比较。结果 :临床确诊的肺癌患者 ,其血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改变 ,在肺癌的发展过程中 ,其多项指标大都显著异常 ,已有转移的比无转移的患者异常更为明显。无转移的患者 ,经合理的综合治疗血液流变学大多数指标可恢复或接近正常。晚期转移患者病情恶化至临终前 ,各项指标均显著高于健康组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :血液流变学检查可作为肺癌临床诊断、估计病情发展程度、判断疗效和预后的重要观察指标。

Analysis of blood rheology of 53 patients with lung cancer

Objective: It is to study the value of blood rheology on the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Methods: Twelve indexes of blood rheology of 53 cases with lung cancer and 51 normal volunteers were examined. The blood rheology changes of 19 cases with stasis lung cancer survived 18 months before and after treatment and 20 cases with metastasis lung cancer died in 18 months when diagnosing and before die were analyzed and compared. Results: Most blood rheology indexes of lung cancer patients with metastasis were higher than that of the patients without metastasis obviously. The most blood rheology indexes of patients without metastasis could be recovered to normal level after rational and combined treatment. When exacerbating and before die, each index of terminal patient with metastasis was higher than that of normal obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: Blood rheology is an important index in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, and for estimating the degree of disease and valuing the curative effect and prognosis.
