补肾活血方对自发性高血压大鼠血清残粒脂蛋白含量的影响

目的观察补肾活血方对自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）血清残粒脂蛋白（RLP-C）含量的影响。方法给药12周后,采用免疫沉淀分离法测定空白对照组、川芎组、淫羊藿组及补肾活血方组大鼠血清中RLP-C的含量。结果实验12周,与空白对照组比较,各组大鼠血清RLP-C含量均明显降低（P〈0.01）,与川芎组、淫羊藿组比较,补肾活血方组RLP-C含量明显降低（P〈0.01）,川芎组与淫羊藿组相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论补肾活血方、川芎及淫羊藿均能降低SHR血清RLP-C含量,其中补肾活血方作用最强。

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on Serum Remnant-Like Lipoprotein Particles Cholesterol in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe（BHR）on serum remnant-like lipoprotein particles cholesterol（RLP-C）in spontaneously hypertensive rats（SHR）.Methods Twenty-four SHR were randomly divided into control group,chuanxiong group,epimedium group,and BHR group.At 12weeks,the serum RLP-C content was determined.Results Compared with control group,the level of serum RLP-C in each treatment group was lower（P〈0.01）.Compared with chuanxiong group and epimedium group,the level of serum RLP-C in BHR group was significantly lower（P〈0.01）.There was no statistically significant difference between chuanxiong group and Epimedium group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion BHR,chuanxiong,and epimedium could reduce the level of serum RLP-C,in which the effect of BSHXF was strongest.
