| 摘 要： | 目的了解克山病国家级监测点富裕县永进村2004年克山病患病和发病情况。方法对监测点区居民进行体检和心电图检查．对病人和可疑病人进行胸部X线片检查。结果永进村2004年无新发各型克山病病例。在检查的636人中，检出克山病现患病人16例，总检出率2．5％。其中潜在型10例，慢型6例，检出率分别为1．6％和0．9％。结论富裕县永进村克山病病情稳定，无新发病例，但继续进行病情监测、观察现患病人的病情变化．仍然是克山病监测的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence and incidence of Keshan disease (KD) in the villageof Yongjin in Fuyu County, a national surveillance spot, in 2004. Methods The residents in the surveillance spotunderwent physical and electrocardiogram examination, and patients with KD and suspected patients were furtherexamined with X-ray. Results No new cases of KD were found. In 2004, 16 KD patients were screened out of 636people; the prevalence of KD was 2.5%. The prevalence of latent and chronic KD was 1.6%(10 latent KD patients)and 0.9% (6 chronic KD patients) respectively. Conclusions The prevalence and incidence of KD in Fuyu arestable. No new cases have been found. It should be emphasized that KD surveillance is continued and the conditionof KD patients is monitored. |
