颈性眩晕治疗的临床研究

目的 探讨神经阻滞治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法 对106例颈性眩晕患者分成神经阻滞组和常规治疗对照组进行临床研究，分析两种疗法的治疗效果。结果 通过3 个月至1 年的随访和对疗效的研究，发现两种治疗方法治疗颈性眩晕均有疗效，但以神经阻滞组疗效好。神经阻滞组的治疗的总有效率明显大于常规治疗对照组。结论 神经阻滞是治疗颈性眩晕的有效治疗途径。

The clinical Research on the treatment of cervical vertigo

Objective: To investigate the nerve therapy efficacy of cervical vertigo patients. Methods: 106 cases of cervical vertigo patients were divided into nerve block therapy group and conventional therapy group for clinical research, to analyze the effect of this two types therapy. Results: by observation after therapy and follow-up from 3 months to 1 year, The study found that this two treatments have efficacy on cervical vertigo, and nerve block therapy group have more effective than conventional therapy group. Conclusion: The nerve block therapy is an effective therapeutic approaches to treat cervical vertigo patients
