| 摘 要： | 用锌补充法对4～5岁缺锌儿童24名进行补充试验一个月．同时设一对照组，观察补锌前后身高、体重、甜味阈值、智商、发锌及食物摄入量的变化；发现身高、食物摄入量明显增高。结果提示，身高与食物摄入量是补锌后最早出现显著改变的指标，两者可能为评价机体锌营养状况的早期指标。

| Abstract: | Forty - cight zinc - dcficicnt children agcd 4 ~ 5 ycars wcrc dividcd randomly into two groups to observe the cffeets of zinc supplementation on weight, height. Sweet thrcshold valuc, hair zinc and food intakc. They rcceived glucose or zinc gluconate for 1 month respectivcly. During the period of trcatmcnt, there were significant incrcase in body hcight and food intake in the trcated subjccts. The rcsults indicatcd that body height and food intake might be the carly indices of the cvaluation of zinc nutriture for children. |
