摘    要:目的:优选黄精水提最佳工艺条件.方法:采用正交试验法考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对黄精浸膏量及多糖提取量的影响.结果:本试验黄精的最佳水提取工艺条件为加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次60min.结论:制备工艺可行.

Abstract:Objective: To study the water extracting technical condition of Rhizoma Polygonati.Method: The whole solids and polysaccharide as index, orthogonal test method was used for studying the effect of three extracting factors (the amount of water, extracting time, the number of times) on extracting rate of Rhizoma Polygonati. Results: The optimum conditions of Rhizoma Polygonati were: ten times of water, extracting three times and one hour per time. Conclusion: The process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production.
