便携式呼吸机的电磁辐射效应实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究和评估便携式呼吸机在野外战场复杂电磁环境下的抗干扰能力。方法:利用混响室产生高频电磁场,对呼吸机进行辐射效应实验。首先利用扫频方式寻找呼吸机的电磁敏感频点;然后设定敏感频点,采用静态步进和连续步进2种模式,测定呼吸机工作状态出现异常的临界场强值。结果:暴露于强电磁辐射之中,呼吸机会出现数据显示异常、系统报错、屏幕随机切换、波形消失、气道气压过低、死机等现象。对于不同频率的电磁干扰,呼吸机具有不同电磁敏感性,当干扰源频率小于800 MHz时,主要影响呼吸机系统的稳定性和准确性;当干扰源频率大于800 MHz时,往往会导致系统死机甚至仪器损坏。结论:应采取适当的电磁防护措施,增强便携式呼吸机对高频电磁辐射的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:Objective To study and evaluate the anti-interference capability of portable respirator under the field complex electromagnetic environment.Methods The experiments of electromagnetic radiation effects of respirator were done in the reverberation chamber.Firstly,the frequencies with high electromagnetic sensitivity were found under sweep-frequency mode.Then,the values of critical electromagnetic field strength were set out under static step mode and sequential step mode.Results The experiments showed that some abnormal phenomena,such as data error,system error,screen switch,wave disappearance,air pressure drop and system crash,would occur when the respirator was exposed to electromagnetic radiation.The electromagnetic sensitivity of respirator was related to the frequency of interference source.When the frequency was lowered to 800 MHz,the electromagnetic interference affected mostly the stability and veracity of the respirator system.When the frequency was above 800 MHz,the respirator system often crashed and even was completely damaged.Conclusion It is necessary to take appropriate defending measures to enhance the electromagnetic immunity for high frequency electromagnetic radiation.
