糖耐量受损的冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸和血脂水平的变化

摘    要:目的探讨糖耐量受损的冠心病患者血浆总同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)和血脂水平的变化。方法采用高效液相层析技术测定45例糖耐量受损的冠心病患者(糖耐量受损组)和51例糖耐量正常的冠心病患者(糖耐量正常组)血浆tHcy水平,同时测定常规血脂。结果糖耐量受损组血浆tHcy、总胆固醇(TC)、载脂蛋白B(apo B)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、水平高于糖耐量正常组(P〈0.05、P〈0.01);而三酰甘油(TG)、载脂蛋白A-I(apo A-I)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)2组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。tHcy水平和患者年龄、apo A-I相关(P〈0.05),而与其他血脂指标不相关(P〉0.05)。结论血浆tHcy水平的增高与糖耐量受损和冠心病的发生密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of plasma total homocysteine (tHcy) and serum lipid levels in coronary heart disease (CAD) patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods The levels of tHcy and serum lipid in 45 CAD patients with IGT and 51 CAD patients without IGT were determined. Results In group of CAD with IGT, the levels of tHey and total cholesterol (TC) were higher than the group of CAD without IGT (P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of apoprotein B (apo B)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)in group of CAD with IGT were significantly higher than the group of CAD without IGT ( P 〈 0.01 ), the levels of triglyceride ( TG), apoprotein A-I (apoA-I) and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of both groups had not difference (P 〉 0.05 ). The patient's age and apo A-I were correlated with tHey (P 〈 0.05 ) ,and other indexes of lipid were uncorrelated with tHcy( P 〉0.05 ). Conclusions The increased tHcy and IGT were closely associated with CAD.
