红光与红外线辐射对荷瘤小鼠免疫抑瘤作用的比较研究

摘    要:目的:为了比较研究单纯红光照射、红外线照射及红外线与红外联合照射对机体免疫功能的影响.方法:分别采用波长为2.5~5.0um、功率密度为0.06W/cm2的中波红外线,波长为628nh、照射强度为200LX/cTm2红光以及上述条件的红外线与红光联合照射荷瘤小鼠,以T淋巴细胞转化率、RBC-CR1花环率、RBC-IC花环率、作为免疫指标,并称取瘤重计算抑瘤率.结果:单纯红光照不能提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,各项免疫指标与肿瘤对照组比P>0.05,单纯红外线照射可使荷瘤小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化率、RBC-CR1花环率明显提高(P<0.05);红光加红外线联合照射亦可显著提高荷瘤小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化率、RBC-CR1花环率,其效果优于单纯红外线照射,与单纯红外线组比较(P<0.05),且瘤重明显低于肿瘤对照组(P<0.05),抑瘤率为26%.结论:单纯红光照射不能提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,单纯红外线照射以及红外线加红光联合照射均可提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,且红外线与红光联合照射效果明显优于单纯的红外线照射并可抑制肿瘤生长.

Abstract:Purpose To study the effects of infrared rays and red light on immunity and tumorinhibition in mice with tumor.Methods The mice with tumor were radiated by IRB,red light and IRB combined with red light.The T lymphocyte transformation rate,RBC-CR 1,RBC-IC and the weight of tumor were measured.Results The results showed that mice's rate of LT,RBC-CR 1 after being radiated with single red light did not affected.The mice's rate of LT,RBC-CR 1,RBC-IC after being radiated with single IRB and radiated with red light combined with IBR were significantly increased in comparison with tumor control(P<0.05,P< 0.01 );The weight of tumor was decreased in the mice radiated with red light combined with IBR(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion The red light combined with IBR can increase the function of immune and tumor-inhibition in mice with tumor.
