重组人p53腺病毒联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗恶性腹腔积液

目的探讨重组人p53腺病毒注射液（rAd-p53）联合5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）治疗恶性腹腔积液的临床疗效。方法47例恶性腹腔积液患者,行穿刺引流后腹腔内灌注rAd-p53 1×10^12VP/次或2×10^12VP/次;同时腹腔内灌注5-FU 500 mg/m^2,1次/周,4次为1个疗程,治疗1～2个疗程。结果47例患者中,有效率为70.21%。治疗前后Karnofsky评分及腹围分别为（45.15±9.53）分、（56.26±7.57）分及（98.28±10.05）cm、（92.86±9.36）cm,治疗前与治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。不良反应：一过性的自限性发热31例,持续24～36 h后自行恢复正常。结论rAd-p53注射液联合5-FU治疗恶性腹腔积液近期疗效较好,值得临床进一步研究。

The Short Term Efficacy of Treatment of the Patients with Carcinous Ascites with rAd-p53 and Chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of rAd-p53（recombinant adenovirus p53 agent）combined with chemotherapy in carcinous ascites. WTHZ Methods Forty-seven patients who suffered from carcinous ascites were given puncture of ascites draining and injection of rAd-P53 at either 1 10^12 or 2 × 10^12 VP combined with 5-Fu 500 mg/m^2 in the abdominal cavity, once every week four times for one course. Every patient was treated 1 or 2 courses. Results Effective power was 70.22%. Before and after treatment, the Karnofsky Scale of patients were 45. 15±9.53 and 56.26±7.57,and abdominal girths were 98. 28±10.05 and 92.86±9.36. The main toxicity response was self-limited fever,which was disappeared after 24～36 hours. Conclusion The treatment with rAd-P53 combinated with 5-FU is effective for carcinous ascites patients in the short term.
