艾附暖宫胶囊挥发油提取及包合工艺

目的:优选艾附暖宫胶囊中挥发油的提取及包合工艺.方法:以浸泡时间、提取时间、加水倍数为考察因素,挥发油收率为指标,正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺；以挥发油和β-CD比例、包合温度和包合时间为考察因素,以包合物收率和包合率的综合评分为指标,正交试验优选挥发油包合工艺,并对包合物进行鉴别.结果:优选提取工艺为浸泡1h,加8倍量水,提取7h；优选包合工艺为β-CD-挥发油8∶1,包合温度50℃,包合时间1.0h.结论:优选的提取及包合工艺可行、收率高、适合大生产.

Extraction and Inclusion Technology of Volatile Oil from Aifu Nuangong Capsule

Objective:To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from Aifu Nuangong capsule.Method:With soaking time,extraction time and the amount of water as investigating factors,yield of volatile oil as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of volatile oil.With ratio of volatile oil-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature and inclusion time as investigating factors,composite score of inclusion yield and inclusion ratio as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology of volatile oil,and inclusion compound was identified.Result:Optimized extraction technology was:powder was soaked 1 h with 8 times the amount of water,extracted 7 h.Optimized inclusion technology was:ratio of β-CD and volatile oil was 8∶ 1,inclusion temperature was 50 ℃,inclusion time was 1.0 h.Conclusion:This optimized technology was feasible with high yield,it could be suitable for large-scale production.
