| 摘 要： | 目的:优选丽安康片提取工艺.方法:水提取部分以黄芪甲苷为指标,乙醇提取部分以淫羊藿苷为指标,分别采用正交试验优化提取工艺条件.结果:最佳提取工艺为黄芪、当归水提共煎,加8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.5h,70℃减压干燥；淫羊藿加14倍量70％乙醇提取2次,每次1h.结论:优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可作为丽安康片的提取工艺.

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize extraction process of Li’ankang tablet.Method:Extraction process of Li’ankang tablet was optimized by orthogonal design with multiple indexes.Astragaloside was used as index in water extract part,but with icariin as index in ethanol extract part.Result:Optimal extraction process of Li’ankang tablet was as follows: ratio of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis 5∶ 1,added 8 times the amount of water to boil together,decocted 3 times with 1.5 h each time,vacuum drying under 70 ℃;Epimedium brevicornu was added 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol to extract 2times,one h per time.Conclusion:Optimized extraction process of Li’ankang tablet was reasonable,stable and feasible,and could be extraction technology of Li’ankang tablet. |
