脱细胞异体真皮与自体薄皮片复合移植在烧伤整形中的应用

目的观察脱细胞异体真皮与自体薄皮片复合移植在功能部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面早期修复和烧伤后期功能部位瘢痕挛缩整复的治疗效果。方法在135例病员（烧伤61例，整形74例）共179个功能关节部位创面，用脱细胞异体真皮与自体整张薄皮片（0．15～0．20mm）组合成复合皮一次性移植覆盖。结果本组患者复合移植皮98。3％存活，随访6～9个月，移植部位皮肤外观光整，柔软有弹性，功能恢复良好，供皮区不留瘢痕。结论脱细胞异体真皮与自体薄皮片复合移植是早期修复功能部位深度烧伤创面和后期关节功能部位瘢痕挛缩整复的有效方法。

Application of homologous acelluar dermis with razor thin autoskin graft in burn and plastic surgery

Objective To observe the effect of homologous acelluar dermis with razor thin autoskin graft on anatomic functional parts of deep partial thickness burn wounds early and scars contracture to renovate subsequently. Method Select 179 cases（composed of 61 burns patients and 74 plastic patients） to observe 29 functional parts. The homologous acelluar dermis with only split-thickness autologous skin （0. 15-0. 20mm） was grafted in one action on wound of them. Results The survival rate of the composite skin grafts was 98.3%. The grafted-skin was excellent in the appearance and elasticity. The function of the injured extremities recovered well. There was no scar after following up for 6-9 months. Conclusion The composite grafting of homologous acelluar dermis with razor thin autoskin might be effective method in the early renovation of deep partial thick burn and subsequent scars contracture on anatomic functional parts.
