ERCP对胆囊切除术后综合征的诊断价值

目的 探讨内镜逆行胆胰管造影(ERCP)对胆囊切除术后综合征病因诊断中的应用价值。方法 对115例临床诊断为胆囊切除术后综合征的患者行ERCP检查，以明确病因。结果 115例病人插管成功106例，成功率92．596，胆道结石61例，胆道扩张34例，胆管狭窄21例，胆囊管残留过长6例，胆道十二指肠瘘3例，胆道癌2例，胆道未见异常12例。结论 ERCP是明确胆囊切除术后综合征病因较为理想和可靠的方法，对临床诊断为胆囊切除术后综合征的患者，均应行ERCP检查。

VALUE OF ERCP IN ETIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF POSTCHOLECYSTECTOMY SYNDROME

Objective:To evaluate the value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in etiological diagnosis of postcholecystectomy syndrome(PCS).Methods:ERCP was performed in 115 patients with PCS to identify the etiology of PCS.Results:ERCP was succeeded in 106 cases (92.5%),biliary stone in 61 cases,dilatation and stricture of bile duct in 34 and 21 cases,long cholocystic ductal nemnant in 6 cases,3 patients had bile leakage and 2 had biliary carcinoma. Twelve cases had no abnormal endoscopic findings view.Conclusions: ERCP can find out the defenite cause of PCS.The authors suggested the patients with PCS should received the ERCP.
