激素性股骨头缺血性坏死细胞凋亡的实验研究

目的:探讨激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的发病机制。方法:健康成年日本大耳白兔60只,随机分为模型组(大剂量注射醋酸泼尼松龙,n=42)与对照组(n=18)。观察模型组及对照组其X线、MRI、光镜、透射电镜下骨组织及骨细胞的变化,并采用原位末端标记法检测骨细胞凋亡情况。结果:光镜观察模型组股骨头软骨下区骨小梁稀疏、变细,甚至骨小梁断裂,死骨形成,部分关节软骨区域性坏死;髓腔内造血组织减少,肥大脂肪细胞增多,后期脂肪细胞液化坏死或呈凝固性坏死、基质水肿、出血。透射电镜观察骨细胞坏死及成骨细胞凋亡。原位末端标记法检测凋亡骨细胞增多。结论:激素性股骨头缺血性坏死可能是骨细胞坏死和凋亡共同作用的结果。

Experimental study on apoptosis of steriod-induced avascular necrosis 0f femoral head
