灯盏花注射液对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能的保护

目的 观察灯盏花注射液对慢性肾功能不全患者血液流变学及功能的影响。方法 据1992年全国肾小球疾病座谈会制订的慢性肾功能衰竭评定标准进行临床分组。肾功能不全代偿组10例，肾功能不全失代偿期12例和尿毒症患者10例，3组患者每日静滴灯盏花注射液40mg，连续2周为1疗程，共观察2个疗程。观察治疗前后患者血压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血粘度、血尿素氮、血肌酐的变化。结果 治疗后3组血尿素氮、血肌酐均下降，肾功能不全代偿组及失代偿组下降显著（P＜0.05)；收缩压和舒张压均下降，以收缩压下降极为显著（P＜0.01)；高密度脂蛋白（HDL）升高（P＜0.05)；全血粘度、纤维蛋白原均显著下降；胆固醇、甘油三酯均下降，但无统计意义（P＜0.05)。结论 灯盏花注射液通过降低血压、调节患者脂质代谢及改善患者的血液流变学等途径保护慢性肾功能不全患者的肾功能。

Effects of Dengzhanhua Injection on Hemorrheology and Renal Function in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To observe the effects of DengzhanHua injection on hemorrheology and renal function in chronic renal failure. Methods According to the criteria for chronic renal failure stipulated at the National Glomerulonephropathy Symposium in 1992,32 patients were divided into 3 groups: compensatory renal failure ( n = 10), non-compensatory renal failure(n = 12)and uremia group(n - 10).All patients received Dengzhanhua injection in a dose of 40mg per day, each course of treatment lasted 14days. Changes in blood pressure, cholestcrol(H) , triglycerides(TG),blood viscosity,blood urea nitroger(Bun) ,and serum creatinnine (Scr) were determined in patients before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, Bun and Scr in the three groups were reduced, particularly in compensatory and non - compensatory groups ( P < 0.05) . Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were also reduced, and a significant decrease in SBP was found in those patients( P < 0.01) . On the other hand, this traditional medicine could markedly increase high - density lipoprotein( P < 0.05) and reduce hemorrheologic parameters, including the blood viscosity and fibrinogen (All P <0.05). However, CH and TG were only reduced slightly without statistical difference ( P < 0.05) . Conclusions Dengzhanhua injection is benefit in lowering blood viscosity and improving renal function, in patients with chronic renal function, in patients with chronic renal failure.
