| 摘 要： | 以金丝桃甙为标准品,用722型光栅分光光度计测定罗布麻浸膏中总黄酮的含量。测定结果:新疆制药厂提供的白罗布森样品中水提浸膏总黄酮的含量为2.85％,醇提浸膏7.99％,醇不溶物0.28％;新疆库尔勒甘草厂水提浸膏为4.92％;江苏东台浸膏厂水提浸膏为3.57％,变异系数以3种不同浓度6次测定数值分别为1.09％,0.94％和0.63％,回收率平均值为97.4％。

| Abstract: | The total flavonoids content in the extract of bluish dogbane was de- terminated by spectrophotometic technic. The total flavonoids content of Waterls extract, alcohol's extract and alcohol's insoluble part of bluish dogbane from Xinjiang are 2.85% 7.99% and 0.28% respectively and that of the waterls extract of bluish dogbane from Jiangsu is 4.9%. The CV of the measurements Was 1.09%, 0.94% and 0.63%. The mean recovery was 97.4%. |
