消防官兵心理健康状况的测查与分析

目的 了解某地区消防官兵的心理健康状况，为消防官兵的心理卫生保健工作提供参考。方法 采用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某地区的147名消防官兵进行调查测试。结果 该地区消防官兵在SCL-90各因子得分均显著高于全国常模（P〈0．001）。结论 被调查的消防官兵的心理健康水平低于全国正常成人，有两成的消防官兵确实存在着一些或重或轻的心理问题，一些弱势消防人员，如学历越低、职务越低、非中共党员、工作越基层的消防官兵存在的心理问题更为明显。

A Survey and Analysis on Firefighters' Psychological Health

Objective To understand the firefighters' psychological health status, and to provide suggestions for their psychological health protection. Methods To adopt the spiritual symptom self-comment level (SCL-90) to measure and test 147 firefighters in a certain area. Results The firefighters in this area obtained a score obviously higher than the model of the whole country in the measurement of SCL-90, i.e. there was a very apparent difference (P<0.001). Conclusion The psychological health level of the investigated firefighters is lower than the normal adults' with 20% of them suffered from somewhat psychological barriers, especially those in disadvantageous conditions, such as less schooling, lower ranks, non-CPC, working at basal units.
