505株住院及门诊患者分离的病原菌种类分布及其耐药性

目的了解本地区患者感染的病原菌分布特点及耐药性。方法对门诊、住院患者标本中检出的病原菌进行统计分析。结果505份阳性标本中革兰阳性球菌231株占45.6%,其中,金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率占19.4%,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占15.8%,革兰阴性杆菌185株占36.8%,其中肠杆菌科占26.3%,非发酵菌占10.5%,各类真菌73株占14.5%;不同细菌耐药性存在明显差异,革兰阳性葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利福平、氯霉素,肠球菌对万古霉素、氨苄青霉素,铜绿假单胞菌对头孢他啶、环丙沙星,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对复方新诺明,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢他啶耐药均较低。结论加强病原菌的耐药性检测,对指导临床合理用药以及减缓细菌耐药性具有重要意义。

The distribution of the bacteria isolated in hospital and thier antibiotic susceptibilioy

Objective To investigate the distribution and resistance of the pathogenic bacteri of the patients in home,area.Method To analyse tile pathogenic bacteri that come from the patients's specimen(The patients is in hospital or come from Clinic).Results In 505 positive specimens,Gram negative bacteria were 231(45.6%),among them,the rates of detection of staphylococcus aureus were 19.4% Coagulasenegative,Staphycoccuswere 15.8%;Crram negative bacteria were 185(36.8%),among them,Enterobacteriaceae 26.3% Nonfermenters 10.5%;all classes of epiphyte were 73(14.5%);Different insecticide tolearance of germs exist the obvious otherness,Gram potive staphylococcal bactceria is lower resistence of Vancomycin rifampicin,Chloromycetin,Pseudomonas aeruginosa is lower resistence of Ceftazidime,Ciprofloxacin,Stenotrophomo-nas maltophilia is lower resistence of Trimethoprim and Sulphame-thoxazole,Escherichi and Klbesiella pneumoniae is lower resistence of Ceftazidime.Conclusions To strengthen the test of resistance of Pathogenic bacteri,It is important for reasonable,drug administration,and alleviating resistence of the germs.
