S100mRNA在胰腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的观察S100A4、S100A6、S100P mRNA在胰腺癌中的表达，探讨S100亚型的分布规律及与胰腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法选取胰腺癌和癌旁正常胰腺组织各20例，用半定量RT—PCR方法检测S100A4、S100A6、S100P mRNA表达水平。结果胰腺癌组织中S100A4、S100A6、S100P mRNA均为高表达，与癌旁正常胰腺组织比较，均具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。S100A4 mRNA的表达水平与胰腺癌的肿瘤分化、淋巴结转移及远处转移相关，与肿瘤大小无关；S100A6、S100P mRNA在胰腺癌中的高表达则与胰腺癌的临床病理特征无关（P〉0．05）。结论S100A4、S100A6、S100P与胰腺癌的发生有关，S100A4与胰腺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关，S100A6、S100P与胰腺癌的临床病理特征无关．

Expression of S100 mRNA in pancreatic carcinoma.

Objective To observe the expression of S100A4, S100A6, S100P mRNA in human pancreatic carcinoma, and to explore the distributions of S100 subtypes and the relationship between the subtypes and the genesis and development of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods In 20 samples of pancreatic carcinoma tissue and 20 samples of adjacent normal pancreatic tissue, S100 family mRNA expressions were detected by RT-PCR. Results S100A4, S100A6, and S100P mRNA in pancreatic carcinoma were highly expressed as compared with normal pancreatic tissue (P<0. 01). The expression level of S100A4 mRNA was significantly correlated with the differentiation degree, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma(P<0. 01). S100A6 and S100P had no obvious relationship with the differentiation degree, tumor size, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma(P>0. 05). Conclusions S100 family play a certain role in the development of pancreatic cancer. S100A4 was related with the differentiation degree, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma, but S100A6 and S100P were no correlated with clinical pathology of tumor.
