100具成人下颌骨下缘至牙根尖距离的测量及常见骨折部位下颌骨厚度的测量

本文测量了100具成人下颌骨下缘至牙根尖的距离及常见骨折部位下颌骨的厚度,根据测量结果和力学观点提出下颌骨骨折内固定的进针(钉)位置的选择既要注意保护下颌骨内的重要结构又要考虑固定的可靠。所测数据对于下颌骨的有关手术以及下颌骨骨折内固定器材的设计将有所帮助。

It is well know that the internal fixation method for mandibular fracture is better than the intermaxillary wiring and some of other fixation methods. Owing to the special anatomical structure of the mandible, how to select a suitable point for drilling a hole and inserting a pin is very important. A good and suitable site for pin insertion must avoid injuries of the dental root, the alveolar nerve and vessels and secure the best fixation.Now our research subject is about the design of a shape memory alloy staples for the internal fixation of the mandibular fracture. It is anxious for us to know some surveying values about the mandible. For this reason, we measured the distance between the root apex and the lower margin of the mandible, also measured the theickness of the mandible on some sites near the common fracture lines. We hope the results of this subject may be favourable to the design of our internal fixation appliance and to the treatment of mandibular fracture.
