鱼金注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染60例临床分析

目的:观察鱼金注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果。方法:采用随机分组对照法,治疗组60例使用鱼金注射液0.4ml/(kg·d)~0.8ml/(kg·d),静脉点滴;对照组60例使用莪术油葡萄糖注射液每次10mg/(kg·d),静脉点滴,均为7d1个疗程,治疗期间观察临床症状缓解情况及药物不良反应。结果:鱼金注射液组总显效率为96.7%,无毒副作用。莪术油葡萄糖注射液组为86.7%,副作用较明显。两组疗效比较差异有显著性。结论:鱼金注射液治疗小儿病毒性上呼吸道感染安全、简便、有效,可作为治疗呼吸道感染的较好药物。

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases Last the Breath Way Infecting of Children Treated by Yujin Liquid

Objective Observing effect of last the breath way infection of children treated by Yujin liquid.Methods Divide two group ,last the breath way infection treated by Yujin liquid (0.4ml/kg.d～0.8ml/kg.d,ivgtt.)in test group(n=60). And other patients treated by E'shuyou-glucose injects the liquid(10 mg/kg.d,ivgtt.) in control group . A process of treatment is all seven days .We observe alleviate circumstance of clinical symptom and bad reaction of medicine in cure the period.Results Total show the efficitncy of test group is 96.7%,it has not poisonous side effect .And the control group is 86.7%,it has the obvious side effect. There are difference in curative effect between the two groups.Conclusion Last the breath way of infecting treat by Yujin liquid is savety , handy and availability ,it's better medicine in treating the breath way.
