婴幼儿唇裂修复术后的护理

目的:探讨婴幼儿唇裂修复术后的护理安全管理,防止并发症的发生。方法:对我院2009年5月～2012年6月共收治的135例唇裂幼儿,加强其修复术后的观察及护理。结果:135例患儿唇裂修复术后创口均一期愈合,其中1例患儿术后4 h喂食因胃食管反流出现误吸,1例患儿术后出现神经系统症状,经及时发现,积极处理后患儿转危为安,患儿康复出院。结论:唇裂患儿机体调节功能较差,病情发展较快,全麻术后易产生并发症,处理不及时或处理不当会危及生命,加强术后护理安全的管理可以预防和减少并发症发生,是手术成功的关键。

Nursing of infants after repair of cleft Hp

Objective ：To investigate the safety management of nursing care system for infant patients with cleft lip and prevent the occurrence of complications. Methods：Enhanced observation and nursing after the postoperotive repair for the 135 infant cases that required repairation in our hospital from May 2009 to June 2012. Results ：135 eases of children with cleft lip repair after the wound healed in one stage,one patient after 4 h feeding for gastroesophagcal reflux misinhalation, one patient due to input liquid crystal, colloidal imbalance appeared nervous system symptoms,the timely discovery,positive treatment of children after turning the crisis, all the patients rehabilitation hospital. Conclusion：Improvement of the post operate nursing care is vital for infant patients with cleft lip to reduce the occurrence of complications and ensure the success of operation, for the fragile adjustment ability, short course of disease progress, urgent attack of complications.
