PDCA护理模式在腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术中的应用效果

目的:探讨PDCA护理模式在腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术中的应用效果.方法:选取2008年3月～2011年10月本院进行腹腔镜胃穿扎修补术治疗的78例患者,随机分为对照组、观察组各39例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则以PDCA护理模式为指导进行护理,比较两组患者并发症发生率及护理前后的VAS评分、生存质量评分.结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:PDCA护理模式在腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术中的应用效果较好,对于患者的康复状态和生存质量均有积极的影响.

Application effect of PDCA nursing mode in the patients treated with laparoscopic repair of perforated peptic ulcer

Objective：To discuss the application effect of PDCA nursing mode in the patients treated with laparoscopic repair of perforated peptic ulcer. Methods：78 patients treated with laparescopic repair of perforated peptic ulcer in our hospital from March 2008 to October 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group ,the control group were intervened with routine nursing method, the observation group were intervened with PDCA nursing mode,then the exhaust time, hospitalization time,incidence of complications and VAS score, stress state,life quality before and after thenursing of two groups were compared. Results：The complication rate and VAS scores of observation group were lower than in the control group,the quality of life scores were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The application effect of PDCA nursing mode in the patients treated with laparoscopic repair of perforated peptic ulcer is better,and it has active influence for the recovery state and life quality of patients.
