摘    要:目的:了解团体认知行为心理辅导对高职高专护生低自我价值感的干预效果。方法:采用"青少年自我价值感量表",对1 818名护生进行测试。筛选35名人际维度低于全国常模的护生作为干预对象,实验组18名,采用认知行为团体心理辅导,对照组17名不予认知行为团体心理辅导干预。结果:实验组和对照组干预前人际维度得分均衡可比(t=0.10,P>0.05),实验组干预前后人际维度自我价值感得分比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.61,P<0.001),对照组实验前后差异无统计学意义(t=0.72,P>0.05)。两组干预效果比较采用Fisher精确概率法,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,认知行为团体心理辅导效果优于对照组。结论:认知行为团体心理辅导可有效提高人际自我价值感。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the efficacy to boost the low self-worth in nursing students from higher vocational schools by cognitive behavioral group counseling.Methods:1 818 students from seven higher vocational schools received screening test using Self-worth Scale for Adolescents.Final 35 subjects with scores of interpersonal dimensions under the national norms were included and allocated to group of either experiment or controls.The experimental group(n= 18) were intervened with cognitive behavioral group counseling,whereas the controls(n=17) were free from any interventions.Results:The scores on interpersonal dimensions before interventions were generally comparable between the experimental group and the controls(t=0.10,P>0.05).Scoring on the components of self-image was significantly different before and after the interventions in the experimental group(t=11.61,P<0.001),whereas there was no statistical difference for the controls(t=0.72,P>0.05).Estimation of the efficacies by Fisher’s exact test suggested that the two groups were statistically different,and the experimental group appeared superior to the controls(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral group counseling can effectively boost the interpersonal self-concept.
