老年无症状性脑梗死患者记忆功能的研究

目的 :探讨老年无症状性脑梗死 (ACI)与记忆障碍的关系。方法 :对 5 0例ACI患者进行了临床记忆量表检测 ,同时用韦氏成人智力量表对ACI组进行智力测查。结果 :ACI组各项记忆成绩及MQ均明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,但与症状性脑梗死组 (SCI)比较无差异 ;不同梗死区域有其记忆损伤的特点 ;ACI组中智力障碍者 13例 (2 6% )。MQ在 80以上者均智力正常。结论 :老年ACI存在明显记忆障碍

Memory Impairment of Patients with Asymptomatic Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To study memory impairment of patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction (ACI) Method: 50 inpatients or out-patients without history or sign of cerebral infarction were identified having cerebral infarct loci by CT or MRI (ACI group) 40 neurological patients with lacuna infarction (SCI group, symptomatic cerebral infarction) and 40 normal control matched by age, sex and education were also collected All subjects were tested with Clinical Memory Test and WISC-RC Results: All patients with ACI had significant lower MQ (memory quotient) of WISC-RC and lower score in Clinical Memory Test than normal control (P<0 01) There was no significant difference of memory between ACI and SCI patients 13 of 50 ACI patients had overall intelligence impairment, while those with MQ more than 80 had also normal IQ ACI patients with different loci had different types of memory impairments Conclusion: Senile with asymptomatic cerebral infarction has memory impairment
