摘    要:目的:构建针对21种常见致病菌的快速诊断用芯片.方法:针对细菌的高度保守区域设计特异探针,优化条件下与细菌的PCR扩增产物进行杂交.结果:得到特异的杂交结果.结论:芯片方法可用于快速鉴别不同种类的细菌,该方法简便可行,优于传统诊断方法.

Abstract:Objective: To construct DNA microarray for quick detection and identification of 21 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria. Methods: Special probes were designed based on highly conserved region of bacteria. Under the best hybridization condition, products from polymerase chain reaction of bacteria were hybridized with probes on slides. Results: Special hybridization results were obtained. Conclusion: The DNA microarray can be used in quickly diagnosing different kinds of bacteria. This method is convenient and fast, which is better than conventional diagnostic methods.
