| 摘 要： | 目的：解决栓道附着体箱状洞型牙体预备中易损伤牙髓的问题。方法：应用栓道附着体，根据磨牙就位道方向置栓体于前磨牙全冠蜡型之外(桥体之内)，包埋铸造后，栓道就位于栓体之上制作桥体和磨牙蜡型。结果：11例患咀嚼功能良好，牙龄健康，牙周膜间隙正常。结论：改良栓道附着体增加了其临床应用适应证，较好解决了倾斜基牙的固定桥修复活动连接问题。

| Abstract: | Objective: To solve the problem that tooth pulp was liable to be hurt by box preparintion for key-wayattachment. Methods: There were 11 treated cases with modified attachment. The keys were put at the outside of pre-molar wax according to the inserted path of molar and invested and casted. The wax models of pontic and molar weremade when the ways took their seats on the keys. Results: 11 cases had good chewing function and healthy gingivae.Conclusion: key-way attachment extended its indication by modification which solved the problem of non-rigid connectionof fixed bridge with tilted abutments. |
