腹腔镜术后散结镇痛胶囊巩固治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后服用散结镇痛胶囊和孕三烯酮治疗的临床效果、副作用及对复发率、妊娠率的影响。方法选择行腹腔镜手术的子宫内膜异位症患者135例,随机分为对照组、散结镇痛胶囊组和孕三烯酮组,对比分析各组的治疗总有效率、副作用和复发率、妊娠率。结果各用药组的治疗总有效率较对照组明显提高（P〈0.01）,复发率较对照组明显降低（P〈0.05）。散结镇痛胶囊组月经异常恢复情况及术后妊娠率明显高于孕三烯酮组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论散结镇痛胶囊用于子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术后的巩固治疗有效,可预防和减少复发,调节内分泌,提高妊娠率,且不良反应小,尤其适用于有生育要求患者。

Curative effect analysis of eliminating stagnation and analgesia capsule on curing adenomyosis after laparoscope operation

Objective To explore the clinical effect,side effect and its effect on recurernce rate and pregnency rate of eliminating stagnation and analgesia capsule and gestrinone on curing adenomyosis after laparoscope operation.Methods 135 cases of adenomysis patients who operated with laparoscope were randomly divided into three groups,eliminating stagnation and analgesia capsule group,gestrinone group and control group,compare and analyze the curative rate,side-effect,recurence rate and pregnency rate between three groups.Results The curative rate of drug group were obviously improved than control group（P〈0.01）,their recurence rate were lower than control group（P〈0.05）,menstruation abnormal recuperate rate of eliminating stagnation and analgesia capsule group was obviously higher than gestrinone group,the difference have statistical significance.Conclusion Eliminating stagnation and analgesia capsule have curative effect on curing adenomyosis after laparoscope operation,can prevent and diminish recurernce,adjust endocrine,enhance pregnency rate and have little side-effect,is suitable for patient have pregnency need.
