梅花针结合记忆合金环抱钢板治疗股骨严重粉碎性骨折

目的探讨梅花针结合记忆合金环抱钢板固定治疗股骨严重粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法2003年1月—2008年1月,我院采用梅花针结合记忆合金环抱钢板固定治疗股骨严重粉碎性骨折患者36例,手术采用切开复位,先逆行打出梅花针,复位股骨主干及大骨折块,顺行打入梅花针,再复位小骨块,用记忆合金环抱钢板固定。若骨块间隙〉5 mm,采用自体骨条一期植骨。结果术后随访6～36个月,平均随访时间13.4个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间为5.3个月,所有患者关节功能恢复良好,无感染及医源性神经血管损伤发生。结论梅花针结合记忆合金环抱钢板固定是治疗股骨严重粉碎性骨折行之有效的方法。

Treatment of comminuted femoral fractures with plum-blossom needle and shape memory alloy

Objective To study the application of plum-blossom needle and shape memory alloy to comminuted femoral fractures and the clinical efficacy.Methods Thirty-six patients with comminuted femoral fracture were treated with plum-blossom needle and shape memory alloy by open reduction from Jan 2003 to Jan 2008.Autogenous iliac bone was used if the distance between the comminuted bones was longer than 5 mm.Results The average follow-up time was 13.4 months.All the patients achieved osseous union with an average of 5.3 months,and restored good joint function.No patient experienced any permanent neurological deficit or blood vessel injury.Conclusion Plum-blossom needle plus shape memory alloy fixation is an effective surgical approach to comminuted femoral fractures.
