改良持续腰大池引流装置治疗高血压脑出血术后颅内感染18例分析

目的探讨改良持续腰大池引流装置治疗高血压脑出血术后颅内感染的疗效。方法采用自制的穿刺针、硅胶引流管及颅脑外引流器（威海村松）治疗高血压脑出血术后颅内感染18例。结果引流6～14d,平均8.7d。临床治愈16例,死亡2例。结论改良持续腰大池引流装置具有引流通畅、并发症少、价格低廉的特点,是治疗高血压脑出血术后颅内感染的有效方法 。

18 cases analysis of improved sustained loins postcisterna drainage devices on curing intracranial infection after hpertension cerebral hemorrhage operation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved sustained loins postcisterna drainage devices on curing intracranial infection after hpertension cerebral hemorrhage operation.Methods 18 cases of patients who suffered from intracranial infection after hpertension cerebral hemorrhage operation were treated with self-made puncture needles,silica gel drainage tube and outer-craniocerebral drainage devices（Weihai Chunsong）.Results Drainage time lasted from 6 to 14 days,mean time was 8.7 day,16 cases were clinically healed.2 cases died.Conclusion Improved sustained loins postcisterna drainage devices have the characteristics of drainage clear,low complication and low cost,is an effective method in curing intracranial infection after hpertension cerebral hemorrhage operation.
