急性胰腺炎患者血小板计数的变化及其临床意义

目的探讨急性胰腺炎（AP）患者血小板计数的变化与病情及预后的关系。方法对105例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分为符合全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）标准的SIRS组和非SIRS组,比较各组血小板计数、多脏器功能不全综合征的（MODS）的发生率、病死率。结果SIRS组的血小板计数明显降低,MODS发生率及病死率均明显高于非SIRS组（P〈0.01）。结论血小板计数能比较准确地反映危重病患者的病情及预后,对预测AP并发MODS有较高的价值。

Dynamic monitoring of platelet counting in patients with acute pancreatitis and its clinical significance

Objective To discuss the relationship between changs in platelet counting and prognosis in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods One hundred and five cases of acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to systemic inflammatory response syndrome（SIRS） criteria,i.e.non-SIRS group and SIRS group.Platelet counting,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS） incidence and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results The platelet counting of SIRS group significantly decreased,and the incidence of MODS and mortality were significantly higher in SIRS group than in non-SIRS group（P0.01）.Conclusion Platelet counting can accurately reflect the condition and the prognosis of critical patients with acute pancreatitis.It is useful for predicting the complication of MODS.
