执行功能检测在军队遴选特殊作业分队成员中的价值

目的探讨执行功能检测在军队遴选特殊作业分队成员中的价值。方法对某军区及全军技术比武尖子（研究组）和一组普通士兵（对照组）的执行功能采用Stroop任务、连线测验、威斯康星卡片分类测验进行测量,统计分析两者执行功能的差异。结果研究组的执行功能优于对照组,不一致条件下的Stroop计数错误数、连线A、连线B的时间对照组高于研究组（P〈0.05）;两组在威斯康星卡片分类测验的持续性应答数、持续错误百分率上差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）,错误应答百分率对照组高于研究组。结论执行功能检测在军队遴选特殊作业分队成员中具有一定的价值,对那些需要具备完好的抑制控制能力和良好的随机应变能力等素质的专业分队,应选执行功能强的战士。

Value of executive function measurement in screening of special operaton members

Objective To explore the value of executive function measurement in the screening of special operaton members.Methods Trial group consisting of top soldiers with excellent military skills and control group consisting of common soldiers were tested by Stroop task,Wisconsin Card Sorting Test,and Trail Making Test.The outcomes were analysed.Results The trial group committed significantly fewer errors in Stroop task,spent significantly less time in Trail Making-A,Trail Making-B,and showed significantly fewer persistent responses and lower percentage of perserative errors than the control group.Conclusion The executive function measuremnet has definite worthiness.The soldiers with excellent executive function should be selected because of their good control capability and flexibility.
