摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)、斑块形成情况与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系。方法采用彩色多普勒超声测定50例原发性高血压患者与30例正常对照组IMT和颈动脉斑块形成情况,采用免疫荧光法测定全部受试者血浆Hcy水平。结果原发性高血压患者IMT较正常对照组明显增厚;线性相关分析显示:原发性高血压组IMT与血浆Hcy水平呈正相关。结论原发性高血压患者IMT明显增厚且与血浆Hcy水平呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship among carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),plaque formation and plasma homocysteine level in patients with primary hypertension.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was used to examine IMT and plaques in 50 patients of primary hypertension(hypertension group) and in 30 normal controls(control group).Their plasma homocysteine levels were determined with immunofluorescence method.Results IMT was obviously thicker in the hypertention group than in the control group.Linear correlation analysis showed that IMT and plasma homocysteine level were positively correlated in the hypertention group.Conclusion Plasma homocysteine level is positively correlated with IMT in patients with primary hypertension.
