原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的临床观察

目的探讨原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症（HUA）的临床特点及高血压与HUA之间的关系。方法将280例原发性高血压患者按血尿酸水平分为HUA组（A组）及非HUA组（B组）,分别测量两组的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）及空腹血糖（FPG）,并进行比较。按不同血压级别分为3个亚组,两两比较血尿酸（SUA）水平及HUA检出率。结果 （1）A、B两组各检测指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）3级高血压组和2级高血压组SUA水平和HUA检出率均高于1级高血压组（P〈0.01）,且3级高血压组SUA水平和HUA检出率高于2级高血压组（P〈0.01）。结论 HUA是原发性高血压发生发展的危险因素,并相互影响;HUA与血糖、血脂代谢紊乱关系密切。

Clinical observation of primary hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia

Objective To investigate the clinical features of primary hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia and to study the relationship between hypertension and hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 280 primary hypertension patients were divided into Group A（the patients complicated with hyperuricemia）and Group B（the patients without the complication）.The indexes,such as systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride and fasting plasma glucose,were measured and compared between the two groups.Serum uric acid（SUA）and positive rate of hyperuricemia were compared between the two groups according to different blood pressure grade（grade 1,2 and 3）.Results（1）The differences in the above indexes were significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.SUA level and positive rate of hyperuricemia were higher in grade 2 and grade 3 hypertension groups than in grade 1 hypertension group（P〈0.01）,and the indexes in grade 3 hypertension group were higher than that in grade 2 hypertension group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Hyperuricemia is a risk factor responsible for the occurrence and the development of hypertension,and there exists a mutual influence between them.Hyperlipoidemia is closely related with glucose and lipid dysbolism.
